Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in chilled butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
  4. Add egg yolk and ice water, mix until dough forms.
  5. Press dough into a tart pan, prick with a fork, and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Let crust cool completely.
  7. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  8. Spread cream filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate over strawberries.
  11. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
