Description

Delicious chocolate chip pumpkin cookies with a soft texture and warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
