Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
