Description

Fluffy pancakes packed with banana flavor and chocolate chips for a delicious breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mash banana and mix with milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or extra bananas.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Adjust milk slightly if batter is too thick.
