Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing after each.
  5. Stir in sour cream until combined.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the mixture.
  8. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
