- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
