Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cumin (if using). Toss until all chickpeas are well coated.
- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or salad topping.
