- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss chicken and zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
