Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add shredded chicken and heat through.
  5. Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips and cilantro.
