  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve crispy skin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a cast-iron skillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
