- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken thighs to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
- Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking dish, skin-side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
