- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Place chopped onion and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add seared chicken thighs on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- You can add vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
