- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix broccoli, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
