Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 100g chorizo, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken strips until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Add diced chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve chicken strips with the creamy chorizo sauce.
