Description

Quick and easy chicken stir fry with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch, add to the pan and mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
