A simple and delicious chicken spring roll recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the filling at one end.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
- For a healthier option, bake instead of frying.
- Can add other vegetables as desired.
