- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
- Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into small sausage links or patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausages and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These sausages can be grilled or baked as well.
