A simple and healthy chicken salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the halved grapes and gently fold them into the salad.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
