A delicious homemade version of the famous chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chick.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the diced celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
  3. Stir in the dijon mustard and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
