Description
A delicious homemade version of the famous chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chick.
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
- Stir in the dijon mustard and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
- Can add grapes or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
