  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  5. In a pot, combine quinoa and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it and serve it with quinoa and broccoli.
