- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken, peas, heavy cream, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
