- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
