  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  5. Spray both sides of the breaded chicken with cooking spray.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
