- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Add shredded chicken and thyme, stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
