Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add diced onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in shredded chicken and thyme.
- Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer storage.
