Ingredients
- Ground chicken – 1 pound
- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Egg – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
