Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return the chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them in the spicy creamy sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the French fries according to package instructions or fry them until golden and crispy.
- Serve the chicken fillets drizzled with the sauce alongside crispy French fries.
