Description

Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zest)
  • 500g potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 50ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken fillets for 5-6 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Add herbs and lemon juice, cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
  6. Mash potatoes with milk, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve chicken fillets with mashed potatoes.
