Description

Chicken fettuccine alfredo is a creamy pasta dish made with fettuccine noodles, grilled chicken, and a rich alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and slice.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
