- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust cream and cheese quantities for a thicker or thinner sauce.
