- 1 pound chicken feet
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Clean the chicken feet thoroughly, removing any nails and excess skin.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the chicken feet. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger slices, chili paste, and sesame oil.
- Add the boiled chicken feet to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken feet and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and add salt to taste.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish.
