- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the skillet and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour chicken broth over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
