Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for misting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flour in a shallow dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
- In another dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray both sides of the breaded chicken cutlets with cooking spray or mist with olive oil.
- Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
