Crispy and juicy chicken cutlets cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for misting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flour in a shallow dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In another dish, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
  7. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Spray both sides of the breaded chicken cutlets with cooking spray or mist with olive oil.
  9. Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
