Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
