Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle onions, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning over the chicken.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
