- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and ham mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- You can substitute the Swiss cheese with Gruyère or provolone if desired.
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some Dijon mustard into the soup mixture.
