A delicious and easy chicken cordon bleu bake that combines tender chicken, savory ham, and melted cheese all in one dish.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise with a little salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Layer 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken, ham, and cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumbs to help them brown.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use different types of cheese or ham according to your preference.
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken breasts in your favorite marinade before assembling the dish.
