Description
Chicken Cordon Bleu is a classic dish featuring chicken breast wrapped around ham and cheese, then breaded and baked until golden.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
