- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and rice.
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and the rice is cooked.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
