Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green beans)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  6. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Steam the mixed vegetables for 5 minutes until tender.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the mustard sauce.
  9. Serve chicken with steamed vegetables and drizzle with extra sauce.
