- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken cutlet first into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the breaded cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
