Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet first into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the breaded cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
