Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
