  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
  7. Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
