Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped cherries and nuts.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Roll the warm cookies in powdered sugar.
  10. Let cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
