  • 1 lb (450g) smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and sliced sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a large, greased baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle milk over the potato and sausage mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
