- 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lb (450g) smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and sliced sausage.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a large, greased baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle milk over the potato and sausage mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
