  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
