- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and milk until smooth.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle the sour cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crumbled bacon on top before serving.
