- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and frozen fries to the baking sheet.
- Bake for another 15 minutes until everything is crispy.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
