Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
  4. Add sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
