- 2 (30 oz) bags frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
