Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add sour cream and milk, then mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
