Cheesy potatoes made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
- Stir occasionally for even cooking.
- You can add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
