Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced potatoes in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
